She has led large-scale workforce transformations, reimagining how employees are hired, developed, and reskilled in rapidly evolving business environments.
As Chief Learning Officer & Group VP at TTEC, Julie has driven the reinvention of learning and development for a 50,000-person workforce, introducing AI-enabled learning ecosystems and coaching platforms that significantly improved efficiency, accelerated speed-to-market, and reduced training attrition. At eBay, she built global centers of excellence for talent and leadership and designed future-of-work strategies that cut time-to-proficiency by more than half while strengthening cultures of growth and belonging.
Earlier in her career, Julie held leadership roles at Prudential and The Hartford, where she advanced enterprise talent strategies, leadership pipelines, and employee development at scale. She also brings experience from the private consulting sector and has led nonprofit education programs supporting immigrants and refugees, reflecting her commitment to expanding access to opportunity.
