Why you belong at Workhuman

MAY 11-14 | SAN ANTONIO.

There’s nothing else like it.

Workhuman® Live is the outlier of HR conferences and the kind of positive environment where transformative ideas can have far-reaching influence. It’s a place where likeminded people can connect, have conversations, contribute ideas, and leave with inspiration and tangible actions to bring home.

What we’re talking about goes beyond HR and delves into the data behind gratitude, implementing human rights in the workplace, and other provocative issues around the future of work. It’s about usable, sharable, actionable content – and a village of experts, thought leaders, researchers, professors, executives, activists, authors, up-and-comers, and changemakers who’ll use their knowledge to propel us to where we want to go.

It’s the most human experience you’ll ever have at an event because while you’re here to learn and grow, you’re also here to have fun and be yourself. We could tell you all the reasons to come – and there’d be a lot – but we’d rather show you.

What is Workhuman?

Workhuman is a movement with an active community, regional conference series, and our marquee annual event where visionaries, innovators, and industry experts come together with HR and business leaders to explore the most compelling issues facing our companies and our work cultures. Here you’ll be educated, challenged, and energized to create a more human workplace that motivates and inspires your team to do the best work of their lives.

The Content

With eight content tracks, more than 70 breakout sessions and 100+ speakers, 2019 attendees dug into the latest learning on topics like creating a culture of community, successful strategies to tackle diversity and equality in the workplace, and much more. In 2020, we’ll continue the dialogue around provocative workplace issues like humanizing performance management, pay equity, unconscious bias, and socially constructed change.

The Inspiration

This year’s keynotes were truly epic and one standout presenter was Kat Cole. Speaking of A-game, our session speakers brought it: experts, thought leaders, researchers, professors, executives, and changemakers opened attendees’ minds to new, purposeful ways of creating a connected and high-performing workplace. Who’ll be next year’s Kat Cole? You’ll just have to come to find out!
