Workhuman Live Nashville 2027 Registration Terms

We are looking forward to gathering with you in Nashville, Tennessee for Workhuman Live 2027 (the “Event”). By registering for the Event, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Registration Terms (the “Terms”). Workhuman reserves the right to change the Terms at any time. Any amended or changed Terms will be posted to this website or otherwise be made available to you.

On-Site Discount Cancellation Policy: Registrations completed between April 30 and May 8 (“On-Site Discount Registration”) with 50% discount off the Early Bird rate are final and non-refundable.

General Cancellation Policy: Registrations completed after the On-Site Discount Registration are eligible for a refund, subject to the following terms:

Transfer Policy: A registration may be transferred to another person any time prior to the Event by using the link provided in your confirmation email. The new registrant must accept these Terms upon transfer.

Promotional/Discount codes: Promotional and/or discount codes/rates must be entered at the time of purchase. Promotional codes cannot be applied after registration. Offers may not be combined with any other coupons, discounts, offers, or promotions.

Complimentary Passes: Complimentary passes provided by Workhuman cannot be transferred to another person without prior approval by Workhuman. Complimentary passes are valid for the Event only and cannot be applied to future Workhuman events.

Group Discounts: Group discounts are only valid for the tickets purchased at that time. Group pricing will only be applied to group orders of 5 or more registrants at the time of purchase, such rates may not be used retroactively or for future purchases of individual additions to your group.

Event Changes: Workhuman may at any time, with or without giving notice, in its absolute discretion and without giving any reason, cancel or postpone the Event, change the Event venue or delivery format or any of the other published particulars (including the Event agenda and speakers). If the Event is postponed, your registration will automatically be transferred to the new date. If the Event is canceled and not rescheduled, Workhuman agrees to issue a refund for the registration fee. In no event will Workhuman be liable for any damages, costs, or losses including transportation costs, hotel accommodations, or other related expenses incurred by you because of a change to the Event in accordance with this section.

Accessibility and Accommodations: Workhuman is committed to making the Event accessible to all attendees. If you require special accommodations to fully participate in the Event, including accessibility accommodations related to a disability, please contact us at registration@workhumanlive.com at least 30 days prior to the Event. Workhuman will make reasonable efforts to accommodate requests received after this deadline but cannot guarantee that accommodations will be available.

Canceled Registrations: Workhuman reserves the right to withdraw an invitation to attend or refuse registration or admission to anyone for any reason. If Workhuman cancels your registration prior to the Event, Workhuman will issue a refund for the registration fee. In no event shall Workhuman be liable for any damages, costs, or losses including transportation costs, hotel accommodations, or other related expenses incurred by you because of a canceled registration in accordance with this section.

Personal Data: Workhuman will process any personal data provided by you during the registration process or during the Event in accordance with our Privacy Policy. As stated in the Privacy Policy, Workhuman may share certain personal data you provide to us with third parties including with: (i) third parties providing services specific to the Event including registration providers, and Event app providers and (ii) Workhuman Live sponsors that wish to connect with you. If you do not want your information shared with our sponsors, please email registration@workhumanlive.com to opt out.

Use of Photo & Likeness: Workhuman shall have the express right to capture and/or record your image, likeness, persona, photograph, or voice, in any media and/or technology now known or later developed to be used for any lawful purpose in connection with your attendance at the Event and as such, you authorize Workhuman to use and publish the same in print and/or electronically without compensation to you. You expressly agree that Workhuman may use such photographs or video with or without your name and for any lawful purpose, including, but not limited to, such purposes as publicity, illustration, advertising, and Web content.

Use of Company Logo: Workhuman shall have the express right to use the company name and logo associated with your registration on a listing of current or past companies that will attend or have attended the Event, which may be published on any medium whether now known or hereafter created. If you do not want your company name and logo shared, please email registration@workhumanlive.com to opt out.

Photo & Recording Restrictions: The use of any device to capture images, sound, live stream, upload, or rebroadcast speakers or presentations at the Event is strictly prohibited without prior written consent from Workhuman.

No Solicitation: Unless otherwise approved by Workhuman in writing in advance of the Event, you are prohibited from soliciting business or distributing materials of any kind during the Event including during all Event related activities.

Intellectual Property: All content, materials, and presentations shared at the Event, including but not limited to slides, handouts, and recorded sessions, are the proprietary information of Workhuman or the respective presenting party. Attendees may not reproduce, distribute, or publish any such materials without the prior written consent of Workhuman or the applicable rights holder. Nothing in these Terms grants attendees any license or right in or to any intellectual property of Workhuman or its speakers or sponsors.

Disclaimer: Workhuman hereby disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. Workhuman does not warrant, guarantee, or make any representation regarding the expected results or your satisfaction with the Event and does not warrant or represent that any written materials or presentations will be accurate, correct, or reliable. In addition to the foregoing, any information provided during the Event about Workhuman's product development plans and the timing of future product releases is not a commitment to deliver any functionality and should not be relied upon in making any purchasing decisions. The development and release of any product features is at the sole discretion of Workhuman.

Rules & Warnings: You agree to observe and obey all rules and warnings, whether communicated prior to or at the Event, in writing, orally, electronically, or by any other means, and further agree to follow any instructions or directions given by Workhuman and any and all instructors, employees, representatives, or independent contractors hired by Workhuman.

Code of Conduct: Workhuman is committed to providing a safe, inclusive, and respectful environment for all attendees, speakers, sponsors, and staff. Harassment, discrimination, or abusive behavior of any kind, including but not limited to conduct related to gender, race, religion, national origin, disability, age, or sexual orientation, will not be tolerated. Any attendee found to be in violation of this Code of Conduct may be removed from the Event without refund at Workhuman's sole discretion. Health and Safety:Attendees are expected to comply with all health and safety guidelines in effect at the time of the Event, including any requirements issued by local, state, or federal authorities or the Event venue. Workhuman reserves the right to implement additional health and safety protocols at its discretion and to deny or revoke admission to any attendee who fails to comply with such requirements. Workhuman is not responsible for any illness or injury arising from attendance at the Event.

Assumption of Risk, Release & Waiver of Liability:

ASSUMPTION OF RISK. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, YOU HEREBY FULLY UNDERSTAND AND KNOWINGLY, VOLUNTARILY AND IRREVOCABLY, ASSUME ALL RISKS, HAZARDS AND DANGERS RELATED TO ENTRY INTO, AND PRESENCE IN, AT AND AROUND THE EVENT, THE EVENT VENUE AND ANY VOLUNARY ACTIVITIES THAT YOU CHOOSE TO PARTICIPATE IN ASSOCIATED WITH THE EVENT, WHICH MAY INCLUDE AN INCREASED RISK OF EXPOSURE TO COMMUNICABLE DISEASES (INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, COVID-19), VIRUSES, BACTERIA OR ILLNESSES OR THE CAUSE THEREOF, SICKNESS, PERSONAL INJURY, DISABILITY AND/OR DEATH. YOU HEREBY ACCEPT PERSONAL RESPONSIBILITY FOR YOUR VOLUNTARY ATTENDANCE AT THE EVENT. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, YOU HEREBY ASSUME ALL RESPONSIBILITY FOR CLAIMS AND POTENTIAL CLAIMS RELATING TO THE RISK, HAZARDS AND DANGERS DESCRIBED IN THESE TERMS.

RELEASE AND WAIVER. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, YOU HEREBY ACKNOWLEDGE AND KNOWINGLY, VOLUNTARILY, IRREVOCABLY, AND FOREVER RELEASE, WAIVE, AND DISCHARGE GLOBOFORCE LIMITED TRADING AS WORKHUMAN (“WORKHUMAN”), ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND ITS AFFILIATES AND SUBSIDIARIES (COLLECTIVELY THE “RELEASED PARTIES”) WITH RESPECT TO ANY AND ALL CLAIMS THAT YOU MAY HAVE (OR HEREINAFTER ACCRUE) AGAINST ANY OF THE RELEASED PARTIES, THAT RELATE TO ANY OF THE RISKS, HAZARDS AND DANGERS DESCRIBED ABOVE IN SECTION 1 INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, ANY AND ALL CLAIMS THAT ARISE OUT OF OR RELATE IN ANY WAY TO YOUR EXPOSURE TO COVID-19, (COLLECTIVELY, THE “CLAIMS”), IN EACH CASE WHETHER CAUSED BY ANY ACTION OR INACTION OF ANY RELEASED PARTY OR OTHERWISE. IN ADDITION TO THE FOREGOING, THE RELEASED PARTIES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY LOSS, LIABILITY OR DAMAGE TO PERSONAL PROPERTY.

Workhuman's entire liability to you for any loss that may be suffered shall be limited to a refund of the registration fee paid and in no event will Workhuman have any liability to you for any liquidated, indirect, cover, consequential, EXEMPLARY, or incidental damages.

You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless Workhuman against all claims, causes of action, damages, judgments, costs or expenses, including attorney fees and other litigation costs, which may in any way arise from your participant in the Event.

Severability: If any term, provision, covenant or restriction in these Terms is held by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, void or unenforceable, the remainder of the terms, provisions, covenants, and restrictions in the Terms shall remain in full force and effect and shall in no way be affected, impaired or invalidated.

Governing Law and Venue: Any legal or equitable claim that may arise as a result of your attendance at the Event shall be resolved under the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts. The exclusive jurisdiction and venue for proceedings involving claims or disputes arising hereunder shall be the courts of competent jurisdiction sitting within Suffolk County, Massachusetts.

YOUR ACCEPTANCE OF THESE TERMS INDICATES THAT YOU HAVE READ THIS DOCUMENT, INCLUDING THE ASSUMPTION OF RISK, RELEASE & WAIVER OF LIABILITY SECTION, AND UNDERSTAND IT. YOU FURTHER AGREE AND UNDERSTAND THAT BY ACCEPTING THESE TERMS, YOU VOLUNTARILY SURRENDER CERTAIN LEGAL RIGHTS.
