Packing your suitcase Your time in Colorado should be focused on learning and connection, not fretting over what to wear (or what you forgot at home). Here is some guidance: Attire: For all conference and networking events, business casual is recommended. Social events allow for a more personal flair – casual to dressy. Pro Tip: When in doubt, choose comfort over fashion. Heels hurt after a long day. Also, layers! In May, the temperature in Colorado typically ranges from mild-to-warm in the day (65-75°F) and chilly and breezy at night (40-50° F). Be sure to check the weather forecast for Aurora before traveling so that you pack accordingly. Tech: Don’t forget your charger and adaptor. Charging stations will be available throughout Workhuman Central to keep you at 100%. If you prefer to keep it old school with a notepad and pen, more power to you! Preparing to fly (REAL IDs) Starting May 7, 2025, if your state-issued driver’s license or ID isn’t REAL ID compliant, it won’t be accepted as valid ID at airport security.
