Leylah Halima Macluf is a global HR and AI leader with over 20 years of experience at the intersection of people, technology, and business transformation. She currently serves as Director – AI Business Solutions at Microsoft, where she works closely with organizations across the Americas to translate AI innovation into meaningful, humancentered outcomes for the workforce.
Throughout her career, Leylah has led largescale HR, employee experience, and transformation initiatives across multiple industries, including technology, consumer goods, manufacturing, finance, healthcare, and public sector organizations in the U.S., Latin America, and Canada. Prior to Microsoft, she held executive leadership roles at NTT DATA, McDonalds, CocaCola FEMSA, and Deloitte, where she spent more than a decade advising senior leaders on organizational strategy, talent, and culture.
At Microsoft, Leylah focuses on how AI — particularly Copilot — can augment human potential, reshape HR operating models, and enable leaders to move from transactional HR to strategic, experiencedriven organizations. Her work emphasizes practical adoption, responsible use of AI, and the role HR must play in guiding change with trust, clarity, and purpose.
