Zoe Kasper is Vice President of Employee Experience at Lincoln Financial, leading Lincoln’s enterprise-wide efforts to bring our Employee Value Proposition (EVP) to life, ensuring that every stage of the employee lifecycle reflects our core values and commitment to an exceptional workplace experience. She partners across HR and the business to embed the EVP into talent strategies, communications, and programs that attract, engage, and retain top talent.

Under Zoe’s leadership, the Employee Experience team drives initiatives that amplify employee voice, foster belonging, and align behaviors with Lincoln’s values. By leveraging insights from employee listening and market trends, Zoe ensure the EVP remains a dynamic, authentic reflection of what makes Lincoln a great place to work.

Zoe has nearly 20 years of industry experience working in workplace culture and HR technology roles. Prior to joining Lincoln Financial in 2022, she spent 15 years consulting with large organizations to design and implement employee listening strategies, analyze data and synthesize feedback to support company culture through actionable engagement insights.

Zoe holds a bachelor’s degree in sociology and a master’s in human resources from The Pennsylvania State University.
