Tammy Colvocoresses is the Director and Senior Stock Plan Administrator at Prologis, Inc. In this role, she leads global stock plan operations and oversees the integration of both stock and operating partnership functions.With over 20 years of experience in equity compensation, Tammy has managed global equity plans across more than 20 countries for both public and private multinational companies. Her areas of expertise include equity plan analysis, design and implementation, Section 16 reporting, insider trading compliance, annual proxy preparation, mergers and acquisitions, restricted stock programs, and operating partnership administration.Tammy earned her Certified Equity Professional (CEP) designation from Santa Clara University in 2016. She serves on the Board of Directors for the Denver Chapter of the National Association of Stock Plan Professionals (NASPP) and holds a B.A. in Business Administration from California State University.
