Combating the Great Detachment with Innovative Solutions
STEP UP FOR LEADERS

Amid the rise of quiet quitting, the shift to hybrid work, and growing concerns around AI, today’s workplace is more complex – and more turbulent – than ever. Many employees are feeling undervalued, leading to widespread disengagement and a growing disconnect from their organizations. This phenomenon has been aptly dubbed “The Great Detachment.”

To retain talent in this climate, leaders must evolve to meet the shifting expectations of their workforce. That’s no small feat. With five generations now coexisting in the workplace – each with distinct values around finances, lifestyle, and retirement – one-size-fits all approaches no longer apply.
Understanding and addressing the diverse needs of these unique employee segments is key to boosting both recruitment and retention.

In this session, Rodney Bolden, Executive Director, Head of Industry Engagement and Learning at Morgan Stanley at Work, and Tammy Colvocoresses, Director and Senior Stock Plan Administrator at Prologis, Inc., will explore the latest employee experience trends, how workplace benefits can drive motivation and what it takes to meaningfully connect with a multigenerational workforce.

This session is sponsored by Morgan Stanley.
