She is celebrated for her expertise in relationship building, project management, and leadership, establishing her as a recognized thought leader.Throughout her career, Petrena has guided teams across diverse cultures, focusing on operations, process improvement and HR administration. As the former Experience Solutions Enablement Lead, she spearheaded HR transformation projects, aligning innovative HR tools with organizational objectives. Her certifications as a Human Center Design Luma Practitioner and Certified Wellness Coach highlight her commitment to fostering growth and innovation.With a background in Business Administration from Northeastern University, Petrena combines strategic vision with a hands-on approach, delivering impactful results in international HR strategy and compliance.
