Lisa Monaco is SVP of Employee Experience within Moody’s Talent organization. Leading enterprise wide strategies that shape the employee experience across the full talent lifecycle, in this role Lisa oversees initiatives spanning employee experience, onboarding, recognition, and engagement—ensuring Moody’s people are supported, empowered, and able to do their best work.
As a senior leader in the People organization, Lisa is deeply focused on building a culture where employees feel valued, heard, and connected. She and her team partner closely with leaders across the business to strengthen onboarding and development experiences, embed meaningful recognition and feedback into everyday moments, and continuously improve the end to end employee experience.
Lisa is known for bringing a strategic, human-centered lens to transformation, harnessing data, technology, and inclusive design to drive measurable outcomes for employees and the organization. Her work helps create a consistent experience that supports both employee engagement and business performance.
Before joining Moody’s, Lisa held several leadership roles within the HR organization of a large, global investment bank. Lisa, her husband Neill, and their daughter Ella live in Westport, Connecticut, where they enjoy traveling, long walks, spending time with friends and incredible New England summers.
