Latasha Gillespie is the Founder and CEO of Logos Media Group and co-founder of Just Phire Apparel. A recognized thought leader, Latasha is a powerhouse in global leadership and a media and entertainment trailblazer. She continues to inspire audiences worldwide with her authenticity, strategic insight, and unwavering passion for progress. She is also an Executive Board Member of the Getty House Foundation in Los Angeles.
As the former a global executive for Amazon MGM Studios, Prime Video, and Freevee, she redefined industry norms by embedding inclusion into every stage of the creative process and launching initiatives like the groundbreaking Howard Entertainment Program. Previously, Latasha led Global Diversity and Inclusion for Amazon Corporate where she advised Jeff Bezos and the Amazon Board of Directors on global DEIA strategies.
Before Amazon, Latasha spent over two decades at Caterpillar Inc., where she led transformative work in finance, human resources, —including leading teams across U.S., Mexico, Africa, Middle East, Russia and Asia Pacific.
She’s been featured on both Variety’s Impact and Women’s Reports. She is a 2024 NY Women in Film and Television Muse award recipient and Ebony Power 100 Honoree. Her most important title is God’s Favorite Child.
