Jennifer Myers joined Lincoln in June 2012 and has built a dynamic career that spans customer service, account management, and employee experience. For more than a decade, she has held diverse roles across the organization, always focused on delivering tailored solutions and leading initiatives that create meaningful impact for Lincoln’s customers and employees.
Today, Jennifer brings her passion for people to the People, Communications, and Corporate Services team, where she champions programs that enhance the employee experience. From redesigning and rolling out performance management to managing Lincoln’s core values and leadership attributes, she plays a key role in shaping the culture. Her work also includes overseeing the company’s work model, new hire orientation, and employee recognition efforts – all designed to help employees feel supported, inspired, and connected.
Jennifer believes that every program should reflect Lincoln’s values and foster a sense of belonging. Her mission is simple: create an environment where employees can thrive throughout their careers.
She earned her Bachelor of Science in Business Management from the Indian University Kelley School of Business. Based in North Caroline, Jennifer enjoys life with her husband and three kids. Outside of work, you’ll find her hiking, relaxing at the beach, or planning their family’s adventure to visit every U.S. National Park.
