Erin Rowse is senior vice president of Human Resources, Corporate Functions, for Eaton, a global intelligent power management company.Erin is responsible for championing the leadership succession process, building talent capability, and scaling efficiencies and effectiveness through enterprise transformations across Eaton's corporate functions. She also has responsibility for the Community Affairs team, providing visible and meaningful support to our communities and our employees by improving the quality of life and environment where we live, work and do businessErin joined Eaton from PPG Industries, where she most recently served as the global HR director, leading HR for Global Aerospace, Protective Marine Coatings, Science and Technology and Corporate Functions.Erin has more than 20 years of extensive HR leadership experience from multiple industries and has experience in several business areas including field sales, sales management, continuous improvement, and human resources.Erin holds a bachelor’s degree in Communications from Michigan State University.Erin is a board member at the Sarah Heinz House in Pittsburgh, PA and member of the Reigel and Emory Board serving as a strategic partner to the Masters of Human Resources program at the University of South Carolina.Erin is lucky to have four children in high school and college who keep her and her husband active attending sporting and musical events that they are passionate in.
