Dr. Isha Vicaria is a Senior People Analytics Consultant at Workhuman iQ, where she studies how employee recognition patterns reveal workplace culture and predict organizational outcomes. She works with companies across diverse industries to translate workforce data into strategic insights that guide decision-making. Her research examines millions of recognition messages to understand what behaviors get celebrated and how this shapes workplace norms. She specializes in analyzing the language employees use when recognizing each other – uncovering whether organizations reward collaboration or competition, innovation, or compliance, balance or burnout. Her current work explores how recognition influences employee wellbeing and performance, with particular focus on using recognition data to detect and prevent burnout before it impacts individuals and teams.
