Darcy Jacobsen is Senior Director of Thought Leadership and Brand Narrative at Workhuman, where she helps shape the company’s point of view on the future of work, AI, and human-centered cultures. A longtime strategist and storyteller in the HR tech space, she partners with executives, researchers, and customers to turn recognition data and workforce insights into frameworks leaders can actually use – on stages, in reports, and in boardrooms. Darcy has spent more than two decades in thought-leadership, content marketing, and research, including authoring and ghost-writing numerous papers and guides on culture, recognition, skills, AI at work, performance, and employee experience. A writer, speaker, moderator, and webinar host, Darcy has presented for audiences across the U.S., including appearances at the IABC Engagement Forum and NASA’s Exploring Leadership Colloquium, as well as digital events with outlets such as HR.com, Talent Management Magazine, and Chief Learning Officer. She holds a BS in Communications and a master’s degree in medieval history from Boston University.
