Kim is a principal consultant at Workhuman, with a focused area of expertise in talent & performance. Her 30-year career weaves the common thread of developing leadership skills to strengthen teams. She has experience in a variety of HR/talent roles, working with both small businesses and global companies across a multitude of industries. Her HR consulting expertise includes talent management, recognition, executive coaching, diversity and inclusion, and leadership development. Internal HR roles have included business partner and talent development leader, creating, redesigning, and implementing strategic talent programs to drive employee engagement and business outcomes.Kim’s passion is driving employee development and engagement, understanding its impact on both business results and individuals’ personal lives. She holds a B.A. in Psychology and Master of Social Work from Boston University. Her certifications include Senior Professional in Human Resources, Master Human Capital Strategist, and Registered Corporate Coach. Kim has volunteered with Lean In and American Corporate Partners, helping military veterans transition to civilian roles. Kim resides in Rhode Island with her three high school and college-aged sons.
