Elizabeth Roseman

Elizabeth Roseman is the Head of Broad-Based Compensation and Global Programs at Merck & Co.  In this role, she is responsible for providing strategic leadership of the global compensation Center of Excellence, including developing and implementing enterprise-wide compensation programs, practices, processes and systems, including the company-wide compensation philosophy and guiding principles for pay ranges, pay mix and delivery, pay equity, job evaluation, job architecture, external benchmarking and market intelligence.  She also works in close collaboration with senior leadership to ensure the compensation programs, systems and philosophies are aligned with the human capital strategy and drive a high-performance culture that attracts and retains top talent.
