Christina Brodzik (she/her/hers) is the global leader of Deloitte’s Workforce Transformation Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) Client Service Practice. She has 20+ years of experience in the human capital space where she partners with clients on transformative diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) strategies that enable the Future of Work.
Christina has extensive experience in several industries including technology, life sciences, and financial services. Across these industries, she has designed and built DEI functions, provided coaching and transitional support for new chief diversity officers, and developed multi-year DEI strategies that help organizations achieve their business goals. She is also a certified facilitator for Deloitte’s Inclusive Leadership Experience, Inclusion Strategy, and Chief Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Officer Transition Labs.
Outside of client work, Christina regularly speaks on the topics of Unconscious Bias and Inclusive Leadership. As a thought leader in the DEI space, she has co-authored several bodies of work, including “The Equity Imperative” and “Support Your Black Workforce, Now.”
Previously, Christina also served as Deloitte’s Financial Services Women’s Initiative lead for partner/director talent planning, as well as the Human Capital Women’s Initiative deputy. She graduated from The University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign before completing her MBA at The Kellogg School of Management.
