Vanice serves as Dell Technologies’ Chief People, Culture, and Inclusion officer, and is responsible for enabling an inclusive workplace where everyone feels they can be themselves, do their best work, and continue to develop their skills. In this role, she drives strategies and offerings that align with the organization’s People Philosophy and Culture Code, embed diversity & inclusion in everything we do, an enable the company for the future. During her 20+ year career at Dell, Vanice has held a range of global and regional culture and talent development leadership roles.


Vanice received her undergraduate degree in mathematics from the University of Texas at Austin, and her Master of Education Administration from Texas State University.
