Rebecca Port is an experience human resources leader who works with executives to build and deliver transformative people strategies. Rebecca is currently the Chief People Officer leading the People team at 10x Genomics, whose mission is to master biology to advance human health. Prior to 10x Genomics, Rebecca was VP of HR at Netflix. She has worked in six different industries, and lived in the UK, India, Singapore and the US. Rebecca is driven by solving problem, influencing the whole system and building deep collaborative relationships. She aims to help organizations attract the best talent and create an environment where employees can thrive. Rebecca is a Chartered Occupational Psychologist (British Psychological Society) and holds a Masters and PHD in Psychology. Her accolades include the Top Talent Award by the National Diversity Council, Advocate of the Year Award by Women in Finance, the Women Leadership Achievement Award from the World Women Leadership Congress. She was also shortlisted for Management Today’s 35 under 35.
