Kasara Weinrich is an industry-recognized professional disruptor and futurist.  As a lover of ideation, designing and exploring the future of work is a near constant-state for her.  She serves ADP as a Principal Consultant for Future of Work Strategy. She also serves the tech industry and data market through deep research, data aggregation and consumption, and the desire to share the outcomes of each through strategy sessions, social media, and speaking engagements. When she’s not ideating, you can find Kasara soaking up the endless energy, imagination, and positivity that her two sons, Rowan, and Sullivan, radiate.  

 

Kasara is currently earning her Ph.D. in Anthropology and Social Change, with a master’s in business administration cored in Prescriptive and Predictive analytics, and a bachelor’s in communications. Kasara thrives on the ability to connect the unexpected and simplify the complex. As a natural change-seeker and thought-leader, Kasara enjoys any opportunity to think not just outside-the-box, but as if the box had never existed.

Providing a foundational understanding of anthropology's relevance to HR, Kasara will explore the transformative influence of AI on modern human resources practices. She will discuss the breadth and depth of AI's applications within the industry, specifically in recruitment, self-service, employee engagement, and DEIA. Kasara will explore how cultural norms and values can influence and be influenced by AI-driven HR tools and strategies, as well as the ethical considerations inherent in AI's intersection with HR, focusing on biases, privacy, and fairness.
