Kamille Washington leads diversity, equity, and inclusion at Workhuman, where she is laser-focused on creating inclusive experiences and driving equitable outcomes for every human. Prior to coming to Workhuman, she led DEI at Wayfair, and has over 10 years of experience in higher education in roles spanning financial aid, international strategic partnerships, pipeline programs, and diversity, inclusion, and belonging.


Kamille is passionate about creating transformational change in organizations, and believes that leaders have a responsibility to hold space for the challenging, messy conversations that help foster that change. She holds both a BA and an MPA from Harvard University, and originally hails from Memphis, TN.
