Renowned research professor and Workhuman Live fan favorite Dr. Brené Brown is back to share how we can have more courageous leadership at work.

Tuesday, April 16
9:45 am - 10:45 am

Why Brené's the right human
Dr. Brené Brown spends most of her time working in organizations around the world, helping develop braver leaders and more courageous cultures. Daring leadership, she’s found, is “100 percent teachable, observable, and measurable.” So, how do we bring bravery into the workplace and encourage this type of leader? Having studied leadership for the over a decade, Brené has more than a few data points on the impact of courage-led cultures and how to cultivate them.

Brené has six #1 New York times bestsellers and over 60 million views on her TED Talk- she’s also a Workhuman Live favorite. Called “undeniably authentic, inspiring, and motivating” by attendees. You won’t want to miss it!
If you don't understand vulnerability, you cannot manage and lead people. If you're not showing up vulnerably as a leader, you can't expect anyone to follow you – period.
