Audra is a sound healer, song leader, and has been teaching yoga and meditation in Austin since 2007. 
 
She is passionate about helping clients find their joy and transform their lives through practices that promote wholeness, healing, and connection of body, mind and spirit.
 
Yoga means union. Yoga is in everything, and she believes in the power of these practices to help cultivate connections that positively impact our entire lives on and off the mat.

Audra will lead you through a series of poses to get your day going. The slow-paced flow allows time to explore the postures while cultivating strength, flexibility, and balance. This practice stimulates and energizes the mind and body with breath and movement. Suitable for all levels. Each class will have a short meditation and end with healing vibrations from crystal bowls, gongs, or our voices.
