Action Planning for Change Readiness

SKILLS

This session is for anyone navigating rapid change—AI adoption, shifting strategy, new ways of working—and looking to build readiness and alignment within their teams. You’ll identify a change priority that matters most to your organization right now and design a small, testable pilot supported by clear signals and success criteria.

You may find it helpful to attend sessions throughout the week that address AI readiness, transformation leadership, people analytics, strategic decision-making, and the future of work, as these themes will inspire and inform the action plan you’ll develop.
