Currently serving as Chief People Officer at APG Federal Credit Union, she is deeply passionate about elevating the employee experience across the full lifecycle—from onboarding to recognition and beyond. A trusted executive advisor and recognized HR thought leader, Teshia is known for building cultures where recognition is not an event, but an experience—one that reinforces values, strengthens connection, and empowers people to do their best work. Her approach blends strategic rigor with empathy, ensuring employees feel seen, valued, and supported throughout their journey. Teshia holds an MBA with a concentration in Human Resources Management and maintains SPHR and SHRMSCP certifications.
