Raúl Valentin is Chief Human Resources Officer at ABM, where he leads global human resources, communications, transformation, culture and inclusion, and philanthropy.
Since joining ABM in 2019, Raúl has served as a champion for the company’s more than 100,000 team members across the United States, The United Kingdom, and Ireland. He is focused on strengthening the ABM community by investing in people, advancing development, and fostering an inclusive culture where everyone feels seen, heard, and valued.
Raúl brings more than 30 years of human resources and management experience. He has held senior HR leadership roles at Coty, Comcast, and Frito-Lay.
He also serves on the board of Quanta Services, Inc. (NYSE: PWR), a leading provider of infrastructure solutions for electric and gas utilities, renewable energy, communications, and pipeline and energy industries in the United States.
Raúl earned a bachelor’s degree in Political Science and Spanish from the University of Pennsylvania.
