A seasoned HR consultant with more than two decades of experience, Omar helps forward-thinking organizations advance the future of work. Since joining Workhuman in 2019, Omar delights in serving existing and future customers as an educator, advocate, consultant, and conference presenter. He began his career leading and developing high-performing teams as a combat pilot and training operations director in the U.S. Air Force. Omar then worked in a variety of research, strategy, and consulting roles with Deloitte, Appirio, and the NeuroLeadership Institute. He holds a Bachelor of Science from the Air Force Academy, a Master of Human Relations from the University of Oklahoma, a Master of Business Administration from California Polytechnic University, and a Juris Doctorate from St. Thomas University School of Law.

Using a structured but flexible planning framework, you’ll surface the signals you’ve noticed this week around workload, wellbeing, and manager strain—and turn them into a targeted, 30-day sustainability experiment for your team or organization.
