Mary Jo Leahy is starting her eighth year at Workhuman, where she leads the Global Talent Development team, charged with cultivating a culture where every human can continuously grow through connection, development, and learning.  Prior to Workhuman, Mary Jo ran her own consulting firm for more than two decades.  During that time, she helped humans reach their potential in dozens of companies around the country in a number of industries including health care, education, manufacturing, insurance, and non-profit, social service organizations.  Mary Jo has an MBA from Bentley University with a concentration in Human Resources Management.
