This working session is designed for attendees focused on strengthening culture, engagement, and connection inside their organizations. Through a guided action planning process, you’ll reflect on the cultural insights you’ve gathered throughout the week and translate them into a simple, practical plan you can bring back to your team. You’ll consider the values, behaviors, and daily moments that most shape your workplace experience and identify one meaningful shift to activate in the next 30 days.  

Attendees may find it useful to join sessions throughout the week that explore psychological safety, trust building, recognition culture, belonging, and human connection to help spark ideas and deepen the plan they’ll develop in this workshop.
