Kasara brings a multidisciplinary perspective to this work, combining deep expertise in data-driven decision-making with doctoral research at the intersection of anthropology and artificial intelligence. After earning her MBA in 2022, she began pursuing a PhD in Anthropology and Artificial Intelligence at the California Institute of Integral Studies. She also serves as an adjunct professor and course creator at Moravian University, where she teaches graduate-level coursework in analytics, decision quality, and applied business problem-solving.
