Hari Date is a Principal Consultant at Workhuman and a seasoned HR leader with decades of experience in human resources, HRIS strategy, employee recognition, engagement, and performance management. He has worked both in-seat and as a strategic advisor, helping organizations navigate digital transformation while preserving the human core of work.

Hari brings a practical, people-first perspective to the intersection of culture and technology. He believes that while tools evolve, trust, connection, and meaningful recognition remain the foundation of high-performing organizations. At Workhuman, he partners with enterprise leaders to modernize engagement strategies and strengthen workplace cultures in an era shaped by AI and rapid change.

In addition to his consulting work, Hari serves as an Adjunct Professor at San Diego State University and California Lutheran University, preparing future leaders to lead with clarity, accountability, and humanity.
