Erica Lied is the VP of Human Resources and Workplace at Ridgeline, a fintech company modernizing investment management software. With over a decade of HR leadership across high-growth tech and consumer goods, she focuses on turning people strategy into a true competitive advantage.
Her work sits at the intersection of culture, execution, and innovation. At Ridgeline, Erica has shaped how the company scales by building leadership norms, talent systems, and workplace experiences that enable high performance without losing what makes the company special. She partners closely with the business to translate strategy into how people operate, lead, and grow.
More recently, Erica has led company-wide efforts to upskill teams in AI, embedding practical adoption into daily work and equipping leaders to rethink how work gets done. Her approach centers on using AI to augment people, accelerate execution, and unlock new levels of productivity across the organization.
Erica believes that how a company treats its people is a defining advantage. From recognition to development to the employee experience, her philosophy is simple: when done well, people practices drive business outcomes.
