Action Planning for Workforce Sustainability

SKILLS

This session supports leaders and practitioners working to address burnout, retention risk, and the growing energy demands on today’s workforce. Using a structured but flexible planning framework, you’ll surface the signals you’ve noticed this week around workload, wellbeing, and manager strain—and turn them into a targeted, 30-day sustainability experiment for your team or organization.

Participants may benefit from attending sessions that explore resilience, wellbeing, leadership capacity, psychological safety, and manager enablement earlier in the week, as these themes will help inform the action plan you create during this session.
