Simon Sinek is a visionary business thinker and author. In his TED talk, Simon introduced the idea of the Golden Circle – which emphasizes the importance of organizations asking why they do what they do.A trained ethnographer, Simon teaches leaders and organizations – from foreign ambassadors to corporations like Microsoft and 3M – how to inspire people. An adjunct staff member of the RAND Corporation, Simon is also active with the nonprofit Charity: Water and serves on the board of Tami Stronach Dance.
