Kerry Dryburgh is bp’s executive vice president for people, culture and communications (PC&C) and the company’s chief human resources and communications officer. Kerry leads the team in developing, empowering, engaging and rewarding bp’s approximately 100,000 employees across 61 countries.Her team is the powerhouse behind unlocking potential and nurturing the next generation of talent to deliver energy for today and tomorrow, as well as stewarding bp’s reputation and brand.Kerry is a champion of social mobility and fair access to opportunities, regardless of an individual’s background. Her own journey to leadership had an unconventional start, beginning with an apprenticeship straight out of school at age 16.
