Our no-risk cancellation policy.
We look forward to gathering with you in Atlanta, and we remain confident that we will be able to do it safely. However, we understand that the situation with COVID-19 changes and requires us to be flexible. Due to these unprecedented circumstances, we have temporarily revised our policy to support our attendees. Workhuman® is providing a no-risk cancellation policy.
We will offer a 100% refund on your registration fees at any time between now and the event date.
This policy will apply to your registration fees for Workhuman® Live 2022 only and does not apply to any other reservations made related to this event such as hotel accommodations, transportation, meeting room requests and/or team meetings.
In order to cancel, you can fill out the form below or email email@example.com. We will not be able to process cancellations through any other manner.
We sincerely hope this policy allows you to move forward and make your plans to meet us in Atlanta in May.
Cancel my Ticket
Can I transfer an order to someone else in lieu of canceling?
A registration may be transferred to another person any time by using the “Manage Registration” link in your confirmation email. Registrations are tied to unique email addresses and must contain an accurate first and last name for the new attendee. IDs will be required to pick up a badge on-site.
How do I cancel my registration?
You can cancel your registration using the form below, or send an email firstname.lastname@example.org (be sure to have your Ticket ID handy – it can be found on your confirmation email). The Workhuman Live team will process all cancellations within 72 hours of receipt of your notice and respond with a final confirmation.
If I just sent in my registration, will it be processed, and will my card be charged?
Registrations are processed automatically at the time of submission. Workhuman will require you to complete a cancellation request, which will be processed in accordance with the policy.
When will I get a refund?
Refunds for payments made by credit card will be processed immediately; however, it may take up to 30 days for the credited amount to be reflected in your account statement by your bank provider. Refunds for other payment types will be issued by the Workhuman Accounts Receivable department as soon as invoices are finalized.
Will canceling my Workhuman Live registration also cancel my hotel reservations?
No. When you complete your request to cancel your registration, it will not impact your hotel reservations. Hotel reservations are governed under the terms and conditions of each hotel at the time of your booking; therefore, you will need to contact the hotel or use the appropriate hotel-specific cancellation procedures from your hotel reservation confirmation emails to cancel.
What if I cancel my registration and then change my mind?
Unfortunately, you cannot reinstate your original registration after you cancel it. You would need to start a new registration at the current published attendee rate for that time and provide new payment.
What happens if Workhuman cancels the event?
Workhuman reserves the right to cancel, alter, or reschedule the conference for any reason, including because Workhuman
determines in its sole discretion that the conference cannot be held as planned. Workhuman also reserves the right to
close registration when tickets are sold out or if local mandates impose restrictions.
Should Workhuman cancel the conference for any reason, your conference fees will be refunded.
Should the conference be rescheduled, all registrants will be offered the opportunity to transfer registration to the new date or opt for a full refund.
Is there a virtual option in the event I cancel my registration?
No. Workhuman Live is a face-to-face, in-person event only.
What else can I do to protect myself when making airline and hotel reservations?
Registrants are advised against making nonrefundable travel arrangements. Should you purchase nonrefundable airline tickets or make nonrefundable hotel reservations, you do so at your own risk.
