These forces have made purpose crucial in galvanizing an organization’s workforce—from frontline workers to the C-suite—and in differentiating a brand from competitors in a crowded and challenging business environment. Leveraging Guardian’s own culture transformation as a case study, the keynote will provide a blueprint for the audience on evaluating and restructuring an organization around its purpose to navigate and thrive through business and societal change. • Review the tangible results of Guardian’s cultural transformation, including improved talent retention, enhanced colleague engagement, and increased customer satisfaction.
