She brings a critical lens to this work by distinguishing between common practices disguised as best practices, proven practices tied to measurable business outcomes, and promising practices emerging in today’s polarized and rapidly evolving environment.As a Partner at PwC, Pam was a part of the Workforce of the Future practice. She previously built and led the global Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Belonging consulting practice as a Partner at Mercer. Her work has contributed to groundbreaking research on gender equity, in collaboration with the World Economic Forum, and has been featured in Fortune Magazine, The Economist, and other leading publications.Pam currently serves as a Board Member of Denver’s American Heart Association and is a Limited Partner in The JumpFund, which invests in women-led startups. She was honored with the prestigious Frances Wisebart Jacobs Award for her community leadership as Chair of Women United for Mile High United Way.She holds undergraduate and MBA degrees from Louisiana State and Georgia State Universities. Pam and her husband live in Aurora, Colorado, where they are avid golfers and pickleball enthusiasts. They enjoy time with their four adult children and their new granddaughter.
