Michelle Prince provides leadership and guidance in the areas of leadership development, employee engagement, culture and change leadership, organization design, organization effectiveness, career development and mobility, HR analytics, and innovative learning techniques. Michelle has over 25 years of national and international experience working for global market leaders Randstad, First Data, Novartis, and Siemens. Michelle is a frequent speaker and media contributor on the topics of workplace issues and trends.
In her current role, Michelle is responsible for helping to foster a transformational leadership culture and deliver on the Randstad brand through the quality delivery of enterprise-wide learning and development investments. Randstad is a global leader in the HR services industry headquartered in the Netherlands with over 38,000 corporate employees working from over 4,800 locations, across 38 countries, employing over 670,000 people every day.
Michelle earned a Doctor of Management in Organizational Leadership from University of Phoenix, a Master of Science in Human Resources from Rochester Institute of Technology, and a Bachelor of Science in Management from Binghamton University.
