Global Director, Learning, Leadership & Capability Development, The Coca-Cola Company
Mark A. Kaestner is the global director, learning, leadership & capability development of The Coca-Cola Company based in Dallas, Texas. Mr. Kaestner joined the Company in April 2006. Mr. Kaestner spent the first four years of his tenure in The Coca-Cola System with Coca-Cola Enterprises where he held several different roles within Human Resources in the areas of Talent & Development, Organizational Effectiveness, Learning & Development, and Employee Engagement.
In 2010, Mr. Kaestner assumed the role of Group Director, Talent Portfolio Management & Learning Development, supporting North America. In 2014, Mr. Kaestner assumed the role of Global Director, Learning, Leadership & Executive Development of The Coca-Cola Company. As part of the Talent & Development Center of Excellence, Mark is responsible for driving Coca-Cola’s global learning and leadership development strategy in line with our people strategy and talent philosophy. Additionally, his team develops and implements programs in leadership development from the first-time leader through our senior executives. Additionally, the team oversees strategy, design, development, and implementation of blended solutions and action learning experiences, as well as integrating best in class third-party content into Coca-Cola University.
