Before focusing on employee experience, she honed her skills in compensation and as an HR business partner, collaborating with leadership teams to align HR strategies with organizational goals.In her current role, Carly leads initiatives aimed at enhancing the overall employee experience, ensuring that team members are supported, motivated, and empowered throughout their careers. Her expertise includes a deep understanding of employee engagement strategies, wellness programs, and the development of effective onboarding processes that create meaningful connections for new hires from day one.A native of Cleveland, OH, Carly returned to the area after experiencing the desert heat of Arizona and the fast pace of NYC. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time on the lake with her spouse, their two teens, and home office mate/pet golden retriever.
