Brad Auernig is the head of People Business Operations at Yelp where he leads employee listening, people analytics and strategic execution. He is a seasoned operations leader with over 25 years of experience leading global teams across Sales, Service and Human Resources.  He is passionate about delivering solutions to chronic organizational challenges that improve efficiency and deliver an engaging experience.   Brad has a unique career story that began in ecommerce as a private seller on eBay and Amazon marketplaces where he successfully completed over one million individual transactions online.  His prior work experience includes operations roles at eBay, Pluralsight, Pure Storage and NetApp.  He holds a bachelor’s degree from Weber State University and is a certified Six Sigma Black Belt.  Brad is a native Utahn and an avid outdoor enthusiast. He enjoys snowboarding, mountain biking and fishing.  He lives in northern Utah with his wife and three children
