Prior to her current role, she contributed to engagement and retention efforts at Redwood Living, where she played a pivotal role in navigating workforce transitions during the COVID-19 pandemic, including the shift to a more remote environment.In addition to her professional accomplishments, Amanda has served on the board of Slavic Village Development for nine years, focusing on community-building initiatives that strengthen the Cleveland area. A lifelong resident of Cleveland, Ohio, Amanda enjoys the support and company of her close-knit family and friends.
