The daughter of Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. and Coretta Scott King, Bernice is a global thought leader, orator, and peace advocate. As the CEO of The King Center, she advances her parents’ legacy of nonviolent social change through policy, advocacy, research, education, and training. Under her leadership, the center has implemented numerous initiatives reaching over 500,000 people around the world, including the Beloved Community Leadership Academy, Students with King, NV365 Education & Training, and The Beloved Community Talks, a courageous conversations platform about the difficult racial and social justice issues impacting our world.

Bestselling Author, Mental Health Advocate, and Anti-Racism Facilitator for Corporations

As a keynote speaker, consultant, and workshop facilitator, Doyin inspires people to be open about mental health and embrace anti-racism in the workplace and beyond. Through his critically acclaimed Anti-Racism Fight Club™, he’s reached more than 50,000 people in under two years in companies across the globe. In addition to providing results-driven DE&I solutions to many notable organizations, Doyin has authored three children’s books, authors a Slate parenting advice column, delivered a powerful TEDx Talk on anti-racism, and even appeared in a recent LinkedIn commercial featuring his anti-racism work.

Vernā Myers

VP, Inclusion Strategy at Netflix

A Harvard-trained lawyer and founder of The Vernā Myers Company, Vernā is an inclusion strategist, cultural innovator, thought leader, and social commentator. In her role at Netflix, she helps devise and implement strategies that integrate cultural diversity, inclusion, and equity into all aspects of its operations worldwide. Vernā is the author of “Moving Diversity Forward: How to Go From Well-Meaning to Well-Doing” and “What If I Say the Wrong Thing? 25 Habits for Culturally Effective People.” Her inspiring TED Talk, “How to Overcome Our Biases? Walk Boldly Toward Them,” has been viewed more than 4 million times.

Dr. Meisha-ann Martin

Panel Moderator- Meisha-ann has spent almost twenty years as a diversity researcher and practitioner. She earned her PhD in Industrial/Organizational Psychology in 2006, based on her research on diversity attitudes in the workplace. At Workhuman, she leads a team dedicated to proving the impact of positive work experiences. An expert in people analytics, Meisha-ann loves using data to identify and remedy inclusion gaps in the employee experience. She regularly speaks on diversity-related topics, and her insights have been featured in Forbes, HR Dive and Benefits Pro.
