Tom Lee is an experienced HR leader with a strong background in performance, recognition and people partnering across Lloyds Banking Group. He is known for bringing clarity, pace and a thoughtful, people‑centred approach to shaping culture and supporting leaders through organisational change. In his current role as Head of Performance & Recognition, Thomas leads work to strengthen performance expectations, enhance capability and evolve recognition practices across the Group. Before taking on his enterprise remit, Tom held key roles across the Insurance, Pensions & Investments business including Head of People Partnering for the COO function. His experience spans leadership team development, cultural diagnostics, organisational design and delivering people strategy across large and varied colleague populations.

A collaborative and grounded HR professional, Thomas is valued for his ability to simplify complexity, build strong relationships and help leaders navigate people challenges with confidence. He is particularly passionate about creating environments where performance and recognition feel meaningful and where colleagues can do their best work
