(Please check back for updates)

The safety of our attendees, employees, speakers, sponsors, and partners remains our highest priority. We are committed to following the health and safety measures in accordance with in-person event guidance provided by the U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), the State of Georgia, and City of Atlanta. We will continue to work closely with the Georgia World Congress Center, our hotel partners, transportation vendors, and off-site venues to ensure the safety of all our attendees during the event.

Vaccinations

To ensure the health and safety of all Workhuman® Live. attendees, we’re requiring proof of COVID-19 vaccination. To help us verify your vaccine documents, we’ve partnered with CrowdPass, a secure health clearance platform. Here’s how it works:

  1. Visit CrowdPass (mobile is easier, but you can also do it via desktop)
  2. Click register
  3. Complete the health screening form
  4. Upload your proof of vaccination

Once your submitted documentation has been verified, you will receive a QR code via email, as well as in your CrowdPass account. Please retain this, as we will scan it at onsite check-in in order to provide your event credentials. Detailed process steps and reminders will be sent to registered attendees in the weeks leading up to Workhuman Live.

Please submit your proof of vaccination by May 13. If you’d like to request an exemption, email registration@workhumanlive.com

Technical support for CrowdPass will be available at the onsite check-in desk, although we strongly encourage registered attendees to provide required documentation through CrowdPass as soon as possible to allow enough time to for the verification process. Questions in advance of arrival to Workhuman Live can be directed to registration@workhumanlive.com.

Additionally, Workhuman will make on-site testing for COVID-19 available for attendees should anyone fall ill or need proof of negative test results in order to comply with international travel requirements.
