Madison is passionate about the study of workers in the workplace and articulating to business leaders the value of data in people strategy decisions. Her mission is to make a positive impact in the lives of workers by understanding universal truths and help build people programs and solutions which allow people to thrive. Madison has a background in Industrial and Organizational Psychology, she is a certified Data Scientist, and she leads Applied People Research at Cisco. Her role is to design and carry out research connecting employee experience with behaviors and outcomes such as individual and team performance, customer experience, and attrition – to inform intelligent people solutions that really work. She also represents Cisco by serving as the Board Chair (and former Research Chair) of Information Technology Survey Group, a consortium of employee research practitioners from large tech companies.
