From attraction and selection to talent management and org design to culture and engagement, he believes executing great people strategy is the competitive advantage of tomorrow. Across Chris’ career, he has been part of talent management, organizational development, learning, talent acquisition, HR strategy, and HR analytics teams. His mission is to help do HR better while contributing to the science of understanding people at work. Chris recently joined Amazon as an HR leader focused on operational excellence and analytics for the consumer business as well as recently releasing his first book with Springer publishing, entitled Introducing HR Analytics with Machine Learning.
