No. All travel and hotel-related expenses are the responsibility of each attendee. When can I book a hotel? Right now! Once you register, you’ll receive a link to book your room within the official conference hotel block. Your registration confirmation number is required to book at the conference rates, but you’re welcome to look at our hotel options before then. Are there shuttles to the Austin Convention Center from the airport? We do not offer prearranged shuttle service from the airport to the Austin Convention Center or hotels. There are several options for travelers, available at all price points. Please visit here for all available ground transportation options. Are there shuttles to the Austin Convention Center from the hotels? The official Workhuman® Live conference hotels are all within a short walking distance of the Austin Convention Center and therefore do not require shuttle transportation.
